Welcome to our new Bog
Hi all and welcome to the brand new blog for Toastmasters Heart of England Club.
I plan to post after each Toastmasters meeting giving a feel for how the evening went, any news that came up and any little gems that we can all share.
I will be asking for people to comment, give ideas or even write guest blogs so if anyone has anything they want to add or include they can email by clicking the link for "Mish Barad" on the right hand side of the page
The aims of the blog are:
1 - To let those who attended relive the meeting and comment as much as possible to try and make it interactive.
2 - To inform those who couldn't attend what went on.
3 - To encourage members who have been unable to come to meetings to come along and join in.
4 - For new or prospective members to get a taste of what we get up to.
5 - To get the word out there that Toastmasters is a great organisation and something that is rewarding and fun to be part of.
A bit of background...
Toastmasters - Heart of England Club meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7.30 pm at The Greswolde Hotel, High Street, Knowle, B93 0LL.
We are a friendly group and are always looking for new members to join us.
Toastmasters is an International Organisation and if you are at all interested there is a lot of information on their website or you could just comment on here, our Facebook group or contact any of the members. Guests are always very welcome and this is a good opportunity to come along to a meeting and see what you think. Any of the members there will be happy to chat to you and let you know what we are about and what we all gain from being part of the group,
